Mr. Plastics was commissioned by the Westin St. Francis Union Square to design and build two of these five-foot towers to present the deserts of a master pastry chef at an exclusive event hosted by the owners.

Designer David Foster and Marketing Director Rich Wahl took Chef Jean-François Houdré's concept and created a very colorful and flexible display.

It's all in the details: the photo at left shows the removeable shelves -- purple, yellow, red and frosted clear disks sets; the removable locking base above; and the optional lighting unit in the base.

Below you see how different the same tower unit can look when viewed from various angles and simply using different colored shelves. It makes for a very versatile display!
